Designed to enhance campus-wide Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), each YouTurn module helps develop social and emotional competence through online modules that complement school-based SEL and social justice programs.

About Us

Husband and wife team, Bruce and Chelsea Cochrane, founded Supplemental Online Services, Inc. in 2013. Foreseeing that educators would need additional innovative tools to support all students, they developed YouTurn modules.

Bruce has been an educator for 31 years, focusing his career on Students with Disabilities and educational leadership. Positions held throughout his career such as Ed Specialist, athletic coach, site administrator, Director of Special Education, and Superintendent. Bruce brings a unique perspective and expertise to the team and a deep understanding of the needs of diverse stakeholders. Bruce earned his Bachelor's Degree for San Diego State University and his Master’s in Special Education from National University. He holds a Single Subject Social Studies Credential, Special Education Credential, and Administrative Credential.

Chelsea has been an educator for 26 years, focusing on elementary education, K-12 science education, and curriculum design. Positions held throughout her career include, classroom teacher, district office ToSA, Teacher in Residence for Sally Ride Science, and Content Coordinator. Chelsea has worked on many curriculum writing projects throughout her career and brings expertise in the area of student engagement to the team. Chelsea earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State San Marcos and her Master’s in Educational Technology from National University. She holds a Multiple Subject Credential with English and Science Supplemental Authorizations, and Administrative Credential.
